Worth Keeping ApS is the developer of the 4Dscan App. 4Dscan is using augmented reality to make your printed world around you come alive, impacting and connecting print into digital and interactive content.

The 4Dscan application uses the camera on your smartphone to enable Augmented Reality content on the screen of your device by recognising images through the camera.

4Dscan is also suitable for instruction, training and education, or simply just for fun and entertainment.

WHAT DOES THIS POLICY COVER?

Unless we tell you otherwise, the Policy applies as between 4Dscan and any natural person who uses the 4Dscan App or the 4Dscan website. The Policy deals with our use of information collected by us in relation to your use of the 4Dscan App or the 4Dscan website.

WHAT DOES THIS POLICY NOT COVER?

This Policy does not extend to any websites or services of third parties which can be accessed from the 4dscan Services including any links we may provide to social media sites.

WHO IS COLLECTING THE DATA?

Worth Keeping ApS is the developer of the app 4Dscan, 4Dscan – Enjoy the Magic is a registred trademark We are a Danish company providing design, branding & innovative solutions for bussiness-, marketing-, fun- and educational use.

For the purposes of European data protection law Worth Keeping ApS (registered in Denmark, company number 32441319) is the ultimate data controller for personal data collected by a German hosting service, processed and used through the App.

WHAT DATA IS BEING COLLECTED?

Worth Keepings 4DScan application is solely collecting the phones unique ID and GPS data for processing images and anonymised statistical purposes. These data are NOT associated or linked to any identifiable individual.

WILL THE DATA BE SHARED WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES?
Collected data will NOT be shared with other parties than Worth Keeping.

HOW WILL THE INFORMATION BE USED?

Worth Keeping is using the collected data for anonymous usage statistics and to enhance the experience in the 4DScan app. The information will be used as “anonymous information” meaning information that does not identify and cannot reasonably be used to identify a specific individual.

HOW LONG WILL THE DATA BE STORED FOR?

The collected data is only stored as long as required by the campaign associated with the data.

WHAT RIGHTS DOES THE DATA SUBJECT HAVE?

Minor changes or updates in the policy can be made over time and will be described at this page accordingly.

Worth Keeping will not make major changes the data policy without presenting the customer for an updated terms of usage through the 4DScan app. These terms of usage must be accepted by the customer to use 4DScan.

Customers have the right to know which data is collected and stored by contacting Worth Keeping and supplying the smartphones unique ID, ad this unique ID is the only thing connecting any data with the customer (or the specific phone, the device might have several users)
